Good

The Hotel is new, quite big,modern chic, bath design is quite nice but have big problem of drainage in shower room, the breakfast is not included , expensive but poor . I like the location , just beside the river, not far from the subway, not far to most of the tourist and shopping area .

- Unfriendly staff (Refused to help, even with minor requests) - Poor breakfast buffet (staff doesnt care about your presence, drinks choice is limited, quality of food is lower average) - Spa is uncomfortable and the gym and swimmingpool are outdated - Overall premises look old - Dirty carpet in the room - Shower was small and set the bathroom under water - Extremly expensive on site restaurants (¥500 and up) - Bad value for money

Limpieza excelente. Comodidad en las habitaciones. Desayuna-buffet espectacular. Bonitas vistas desde la habitación. Conexión a internet excelente. Disponibilidad de cajero en el hotel.

Trato del personal muy frío y desconfiado. Nulo nivel de inglés para un hotel de esta categoría.
